Man and kid, gray blimp surrounded, mist, center glows all colors, slow
A hovering object was observed. It zig-zagged through the air. One multi-colored blimp-like object was observed by two witnesses for over one minute. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: DD: Daylight Discs Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
