Domed disc over I-95, three cars see, one passes under, lights blink, sequence.
A hovering object was observed. One gray domed disc was observed by two witnesses for over three minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
