Witness in bed. Humanoid points beam at witness. Reads mind, 3' x 18" cylinder shoots straight up outside.
An object was observed. Physiological effects were noted. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One cylinder was observed by one witness in a bedroom for two minutes.
