Two in car on US271, vertical cylinder, top turns like fruit jar lid, telepathy? electromagnetic Effect?
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One cylinder was observed by two witnesses on a highway for two minutes (Morales).
