Teen in car: arrowhead-shape at treetop level. Rotates counterclockwise and speeds away.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One arrow-shaped object was observed by one witness in a forest for 18 seconds. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
