135mm telescope. Silent disc, zips, hovers, maneuvers near NAS, over home. 90 degree turn. 15 blue lights on rim blink in sequence.
A hovering object was observed. One blue disc was observed by five male military witnesses, typical age 32, at an airfield for two minutes (Eric; Macindoe). No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops. Vallee reliability rating: 443: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
