Mv Strathdee incident.
16 and witnesses. Silent nocturnal light-discs descends near Romanian ship, flashed rays. Geiger counter reading 5-7 RADS. An object was observed. Radioactivity was detected. One orange disc was observed by 16 male witnesses on the ocean for over three minutes. No sound was heard.
