Several witnesses. two bright nocturnal lights zig-zag east rapidly to the west, hover over high tension lines.
Hovering objects were observed. They zig-zagged through the air. Two lights, about 150 feet across, were observed by several witnesses at an electric plant for ten minutes. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
