Noise shakes house. Silver 2-deck "layer cake" with windows goes up and down.
An unusual object was sighted, that had unconventional appearance and performance. One disc was observed. A noise was heard. Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
