Retired USAF Noncom incident.
Man awakened by his dog barking, three oval-shaped objects sighted over trees 50 yards away. Flew over farm buildings and fields. Each had multicolored band of lights with belt around circumference. Objects were observed. Animal reactions to the objects were reported. Three multi-colored oval objects, about 10 feet across, around 100 feet away, were observed in clear weather by four military witnesses on a farm for 120 minutes. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: CE1: UFO comes within 500 feet of the witness, but no after effects are suffered by the witness or the surrounding area. Vallee reliability rating: 444: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; no natural explanation possible, given the evidence.
