Automobile Mechanic incident.
Two yellow balls of light circled above lot. Suddenly one shot a beam of light down, hitting him on right side. Headache, burn holes in shirt, burn marks right side of chest, arm, face. Note: suggests microwaves. Objects were observed. Physiological effects were noted. Two yellow balls were observed by one experienced male witness on the shore for 18 seconds. Hynek rating: CE2: Close Encounters of the Second Kind Vallee rating: CE2: A CE1 that leaves landing traces or injuries to the witness. Vallee reliability rating: 442: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; natural explanation requires major alteration of one parameter.
