Voluntary entry. Witness hailed by man who asked for water. Got water, returned to craft, 10-15m dia, like two saucers with row of windows around rim. Beings human but short (5'). Language, ground marks.
A flying disc was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Ground traces were found. One disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by one male witness at a mountain for 45 minutes. Two humanoids were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE4: The witness has been abducted.
