4 July 1975 Night Kentucky, USA 
Debbie (16) and Nan (17) had gone to truck to talk on CB. Lights on truck and CB went dead. four descending lights, memory lapse.
Electromagnetic effects were noted. Witness reported that a period of time could not be accounted for. Four objects were observed by nine witnesses, typical age 16, at a campsite (Kitley).
