Soldier incident.
Walking home man paralyzed by being who came from behind. Round craft 150 feet diameter, floated aboard. Walls transparent. Off world journey and return. An abduction of a witness was reported. One object, about 150 feet across, was observed by one male 20-year-old military witness in a field for several hours (Hoefer). One being was seen. Hynek rating: CE4: Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind (Abductions) Vallee rating: CE4: The witness has been abducted. Vallee reliability rating: 303: Reliable source, firsthand; no site visit, or answer unknown; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
