Nautical UFO: rose from ocean, electromagnetic effect. Repellent bipeds with rat-like faces. More interested in young man than older woman.
Occupants of the craft were seen. An abduction of a witness was reported. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Three cigar-shaped objects were observed by two witnesses, typical age 25, on the ocean for three hours (Oswald). A rat-faced being was seen.
