Fishing Boat incident.
Boats radar system and other electronics failed when approached a light on or hovering above water under one mile away. Diamond shaped UFO moved toward boat, turned west, then south, slight humming sound. An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One diamond-shaped object, about 150 feet across, was observed by more than three male witnesses on the ocean for over one minute. A humming sound was heard.
