Police Off-Duty incident.
UFO had red, yellow, green lights that appeared to blink or rotate. Hovered at 500 feet altitude, but left in a "quick manner considerably faster than any plane." A hovering object was observed. One multi-colored diamond-shaped object was observed by several witnesses (as reported to the police) for over 15 minutes. No sound was heard.
