19 January 1980 Night St Paul S5M, Nebraska, USA 
Domed disc with windows, two lights moved very slowly across highway to east, stopped, crossed highway again. Driver stopped to avoid passing under it. Reported to sheriff.
An unidentified object was sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. One domed disc was observed by four female witnesses, typical age 34, on a highway. Hynek rating: NO: Nocturnal Objects Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
