Near Leicester and Hinckley at least 17 people saw delta-shaped object. Flew low overhead, made no noise. Steady red, blue, yellow lights headed south from Leicester, seen by 12 more in Hinckley.
Unidentified objects were sighted, that had an unusual appearance or performance. More than one multi-colored delta-shaped object was observed by 17 witnesses. No sound was heard.
