Videotape ring of lights suggesting a circular, ellipsoidal or disc-shaped craft. Analysis by Dr. Lew Allen of JPL.
An object was observed and videotaped. Animal reactions to the object were reported. One multi-colored elliptical was observed in clear weather by more than one male witness (Pozzouli). Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: FB2: FB1 accompanied by physical evidence. Vallee reliability rating: 444: Firsthand personal interview with the witness by a source of proven reliability; site visit by a skilled analyst; no natural explanation possible, given the evidence.
