Blue beam. Car engine and lights went out. UFO with blue beam, slowly flying away. When gone car began to function normally again.
An object emitting a blue beam was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One blue beam was observed by three female witnesses on a highway for two minutes (Alvarez).
