Blinding 2m metallic sphere, lights ground, shrinks in size. 20" tall humanoid in silver suit got out, inspected area. Object goes rapidly to the northwest. Electromagnetic effect: car engine would not start.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One metallic shifting-shape object, about 10 feet across, was observed by one male 50-year-old witness in a pasture for two minutes (Mancini). One 20-inch-tall dwarf, wearing a silver suit, was seen.
