13 February 1978 Night San Justo Natl Hwy11, Argentina 
Strong white light approached vehicle, car stopped immediately. Tall being dressed in black approached, stopped 3m away, turned around, walked back into light. No traces or footprints.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One white light was observed by two male witnesses on a highway (Lamazon). One 6-foot-tall tall being, wearing black clothing, was seen.
