"Saucers" were reported to have landed at several places in suburb of Chacao, Caracas. Witness grappled with being. "He was gelatinous and very slippery, and got out of my hands."
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. More than one disc was observed by one witness in the suburbs (Betancourt). One being was seen.
