UFO hovered treetop level, viewed through binoculars. Elongated object, green on top, red band around center. Passengers seen through windows in lower part.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One multi-colored elliptical was observed by five female witnesses for over three minutes (Leclair, J).
