Fog thick. Electromagnetic effect: lights, engine failed, car interior hot. Coherent red light beam struck road in front of car. 40 feet wide scallop-shell object with windows on legs. 7' tall entities inside with big eyes.
An object was observed from a car. Occupants of the craft were seen. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. One red disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by four witnesses on a road for ten minutes (Chiasson, Freddy and Claire). One 7-foot-tall grey being was seen.
