"Small bus" shaped object on ground. Had large windows and neon glow. Figures more around inside. Nocturnal lights above.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One multi-colored rectangular object, about 20 feet across, was observed by four witnesses on a road for 30 minutes. Two silhouetted beings were seen. The principal witness, his wife, his son, and a lady of 80 all saw a sort of little "car" with wide windows strongly lit by a blue-green light, within which indefinite forms could be seen moving. Above the "car" was 7 vertical red lights. The object seemed to be on the ground. From the house of his wife's parents, at 2030, he saw it again, and was able in his car, then on foot, to come within 500-800 yards of it.
