In February 1969 Daytime Itaperuna, Brazil 
No UFO, knock on door. Looking out window, saw little man 40-45" tall, ugly mouth, slanted eyes, pointed nose, skin covered with dark powder. Wearing stripped blue shiny garment. Unknown language.
Small humanoid seen, speaking an unknown language. An object and its occupants were observed at close range by one female witness, age 21 (Santana). One 3.5-foot-tall dwarf, wearing a blue suit, was seen.
