Orange luminous cigar with blue spangles passed silently through sky, left trail orange sparks. Sensed presence, pallid face with blue eyes, bald head, 3' tall, "sanctimonious smile."
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One orange cigar-shaped object was observed by one male 50-year-old witness on a road (Cavallo). No sound was heard.
