In March 1951 22:30 Pine Bluff, Arkansas, USA 
Electromagnetic effect: headlights died, then engine at 40 feet distance. UFO, round with pink, yellow, white rectangular lights, landed in field. "Something" ran around object and got back in, took off immediately.
An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One multi-colored disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by two witnesses, a married couple,, typical age 48, at a military facility for nine minutes (Bowman). An electromotor-like sound was heard.
