4 July 1947 Afternoon Fort Worth, Texas, USA 
Young woman driving on outskirts of Fort Worth, saw 25' diameter disc. She got out of her car and waved. Object tipped, occupants waved to her, then disc flew away in silence.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by one female witness in the suburbs very briefly (Cole). No sound was heard. A humanoid was seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
