Abduction. Nocturnal light approached, paralysis, stopped 20-25' away, went out. Short being with big head, large eyes, pointed ears, bald, no eyebrows, blue-gray coverall with emblem. Levitated to cigar UFO, telepathy.
Abduction of a witness was reported. Two red cigar-shaped objects, about 600 feet across, were observed by one male 18-year-old witness in a city for one day (Coutinho). A 4-foot-tall goblin-like being, wearing a blue-gray coverall, was seen. Hynek rating: CE4: Close Encounters of the Fourth Kind (Abductions) Vallee rating: CE4: The witness has been abducted.
