Heard sound like loud electronic music, area lit up in front of car like "yellow lighted picture screen" projected on road ahead. Saw 10 feet figure in black jacket, light pants. Braked but car went through.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Telepathic phenomena were said to have occurred. One yellow disc, three times the size of the moon, was observed in cloudy weather by one male 26-year-old witness on a road for six seconds (Rowbottom; Wood, M). A crackling sound was heard.
