Doctor incident.
Doctor and driver saw sphere, size of 3-story building, 60m away from road. two 6' tall occupants, red in color, human-like faces with large eyes, wore hoods. Car radio died, felt intense cold. Object rose An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. Traces found. One blue-gray shifting-shape object, about 40 feet across, was observed by two experienced male witnesses on a road for 20 minutes (Leon; Padron). A whistling sound was heard. Two 6-foot-tall humanoids, each wearing a red coverall and hood, were seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO. Vallee reliability rating: 303: Reliable source, firsthand; no site visit, or answer unknown; natural explanation requires major alteration of several parameters.
