Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. One disc was observed by one female witness, an experienced observor, on a highway for over one minute (Powers). Three humanoids, each wearing a silver suit, were seen.

Judy Powers was driving home from work when she saw what she at first thought to be a cattle truck with its lights on. As she came up to it she saw it was a strange object with "men or some for of life" standing on top of it, holding rods. They wore helmets; she could not see their faces. When she returned with 2 men 7 or 8 minutes later, the object had gone, but they saw its lights low over the trees.
