Luminous object dived at couple, stopped over their house 40 feet up. Round cabin 30 feet wide contained 3-4 seated, helmeted persons.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One multi-colored domed disc, about 40 feet across, about forty feet away, was observed by two military witnesses, a married couple, in a yard for 2.5 minutes (Bellingeri, M). A whistling sound was heard. Three humanoids, each wearing a fishbowl helmet, were seen.
