26 September 1973 Night Sidney, North Carolina, USA 
Monster with pointed ears, hooked nose, red glowing eyes, gray face. Dressed in brown shirt, black pants, small brown cap. Walked with limp, one hand missing. Wore medallion on chest.
An unidentified object at close range and its occupants were observed by a group of male witnesses on a highway (Haggerty; Williamson). A goblin-like being, wearing a brown and black suit and cap, was seen.
