First meeting of contactee Woodrow Derenberger. Low-flying dark object 35' wide cut in front of truck and blocked way, hovered 20 feet away. Man with dark skin, topcoat, shiny blue pants. Telepathic message. Explanation: Psych.
Occupants of the craft were seen. Traces found. One dark domed disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by one male military witness on a highway for ten minutes (Derenberger).
