Doctor incident.
Doctor and wife blinded by intense violet light on road ahead. Could not restart engine. Human addressed them in Spanish: message: I'm terrestrial, mission to complete on Earth. two other gray men. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One violet object was observed by two witnesses, a married couple,, typical age 42, on a road for 20 minutes. One humanoid was seen.
