14 May 1964 Night Koyulhisar, Turkey 
Disc struck ground, burst into flames. Giant hairy creature escaped, rushed toward car. Husband tried to stab it with knife. Man seized, thrown, trampled. Police found him dead on railroad tracks.
A witness later died. One disc, about 40 feet across, was observed by two witnesses, a married couple, on a railroad (Bey). One hairy pongid was seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE5: CE4 which results in permanent psychological injuries or death.
