Driver stopped car when saw luminous object hover 20 m altitude. Thing like television screen showed two silhouettes moving. two other figures wore diver suits, came out. Glow turned red and object rose.
An object was observed. Occupants of the craft were seen. One red object was observed by one witness on a road. Two silhouetted beings were seen.
