In August 1962 Pre-dawn Finland 
Little man on road with hands above head, wore cap, light-color pants, dark shirt. Big head, round black eyes, large nose, wide mouth with thin lips.
Close encounter with a an unidentified craft and its occupants. An unidentified object at close range and its occupants were observed by two male witnesses on a road (Karunto). A 3-foot-tall round-eyed being, wearing a two-piece suit and cap, was seen.
