Saw "middle-aged" little man 4-4.5' tall, black hair, small mouth, green parka, dipping a bucket of water. Beside him lens shaped disc, 8' wide, one small window, tripod legs. Took off with hissing sound.
A flying disc was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. Traces found. One metallic disc, about 10 feet across, about forty feet away, was observed by one male 48-year-old witness in a canyon briefly (Allen; Black). A hissing sound was heard. One 4.5-foot-tall dwarf, wearing a green parka, was seen. Hynek rating: CE3: Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Entity reports) Vallee rating: CE3: Entities have been observed on the UFO.
