Police incident.
Three cylinders. Electromagnetic effect: burglar alarm, lights. Policeman can't wake wife, baby reacts, dog sick. Objects were observed. Electromagnetic and physiological effects were noted. Three cylinders were observed by witnesses (as reported to the police) at a mountain for 30 minutes.
