Fluorescent disc with red light around edge hovered over home, shot off through clouds. Had shaft of light going on and off. Couple took photograph, which doesn't resemble Renault advertising airship.
A flying disc was observed and photographed. One red disc was observed by three witnesses, two of them an experienced observors, in a city for over two minutes (Hines).
