Postman incident.
Bright star, after several minutes of hovering, came rapidly toward house 100 feet altitude. Oval with ring of lights or windows, several lights shown down vertically. Faint electrical humming. A hovering object was observed. One oval object was observed by one female witness, an experienced observor, for a few seconds. A humming sound was heard. Hynek rating: CE1: Close Encounters of the First Kind Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
