Police incident.
Round glowing object, horizontal ring. Hovered, ascended, descended, fluttered, and wobbled. Police involved. A hovering object was observed. It moved with a falling-leaf motion. One round object was observed by two witnesses (as reported to the police) for four hours. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
