Cigar displayed odd maneuvers, 8 aircraft in the area.
Cigar-shaped objects were observed. More than one cigar-shaped object was observed by one witness for 48 seconds. No sound was heard. Hynek rating: NL: Nocturnal Lights Vallee rating: MA1: A UFO has been observed which travels in a discontinuous trajectory. i.e. vertical drops, maneuvers or loops.
