Psychologist incident.
Video, photos of multiple 1000mm lens of reddish-orange lights. Objects were tracked by radar and sighted visually and videotaped. Animal reactions to the objects were reported. Two red lights were observed by several male witnesses on the shore for over one minute. No sound was heard.
