Respiratory Therapist incident.
Domed disc with large square window emitting white light. Hovered 360 feet away, over 25' tree across street. Radio frequency interference: static on phone. An object was observed. Electromagnetic effects were noted. One silver domed disc, around 300 feet away, was observed by one 31-year-old witness in a city for 30 seconds. No sound was heard.
